Position Location: IDP项目办公室 Office (Beijing)

Position goals:

• To assist Marketing Department to build IDP项目办公室’s brand and increasing market share in assigned China region by providing efficient and effective administrative assistance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and logistic assistance to Marketing Team including consulting area maintenance, marketing materials stock management, database input and newsletter distribution etc;
• Work with another team member to cover the receptionist area and answer enquiry phone calls to make sure office switchboard is fully covered and guests are well looked after;
• Provide support to marketing staff for marketing campaigns and events including tele-marketing, attendance confirmation, data collection, marketing materials production, etc;
• Provide logistic support to clients including student interview arrangement, counselor briefing arrangement etc;
• Prepare documents or reports upon request in both Chinese and English languages;
• Translation and interpretation when required;
• Other marketing tasks assigned to the position holder.

Expected Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-year working experiences in advertising, marketing, sales, public relations and channel development,
• University Graduate in computing/marketing/advertising, with good command of English (Spoken and written), CET 6 equivalents;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Friendly, patient and details-oriented;
• Familiar with the office application software, and have a strong writing skill, filing and organizational skill.
