Position:Australia Document Counselor (澳洲文案顾问)

Work Location:IDP项目办公室 Shanghai

Position Goals:

Help clients to achieve the best possible application outcome by providing comprehensive counseling and editing service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with clients about Australian university/college/high school application process and procedure;
2. Help clients to design and compose suitable application materials based on information provided;
3. Work closely with counselors and students to review application materials with good quality control;
4. Translate, edit, and check student’s application and visa materials;
5. Communicate in English with foreign universities via emails and phone calls;
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Expected Qualifications:

1. University graduate, better in English literature, Translating and Interpreting or other related subjects, with Bachelor Degree or above;
2. Advanced English writing skills with at least CET-6 or IELTS 6.5 or other equivalent level; Qualification in translation or majored in English is a plus;
3. Relevant work experience is highly preferred;
4. Be responsible, proactive and detailed focused;
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Be able to coordinate among departments to attain the business goals;
7. Willing to work hard and work under pressure;
8. Good at MS Office software (Excellent Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills).
