Position Title:        Assistant, US/Canada/UK/Australia Department (留学顾问助理)

This position reports to: Chief Counselor, US/Canada/UK/Australia Department   

Position Location: IDP项目办公室 Offices in Shanghai

Position goals:

• Pre-screen & identify the serious leads from student enquiries collected from online chat Leyu, website, exhibition and phone call.
• Ensure the conversion rate from leads to contract for each destination country.
• Provide prompt counseling service in studying abroad enquiries both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-screen & identify the serious leads from student enquiries collected from online chat Leyu, website, exhibition and phone call;
• Promptly respond the online enquiries like 百度知道& 留学全知道in IDP项目办公室 website;
• Collect frequent asked questions and compiling FAQ List for Marketing Publication Purpose；
• Work closely with counselors in US/Canada/UK/Australia Department to ensure successful conversion rate from Leads to Contract;
• Conduct research about different subjects/majors from institutions’ websites;
• Work closely with Marketing Department to prepare weekly leads resources analysis report;
• Other tasks assigned to the position holder.

Expected Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-year working experiences in tele-sales or service industry. Any experience in processing of overseas study application would be preferred.
• Previous experience as assistant, customer service, editor, English teacher, or translator is preferred; ;
• University graduate in Business English, English Language or another related subjects is required with good command of English (Spoken and reading), at least CET 6 equivalents
• Be responsible, proactive and detail-focused;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Familiar with Office application software;
• Knowledge of international education particularly the education system of the US/Canada/UK/Australia is plus.
